You have the right to cancel your order (with the exception of opened products, personalised and tailor-made items) up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You have the (legal) right to cancel ("revoke") your purchase in whole or in part within 14 (calendar) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. If your purchase consists of multiple products that are delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of delivery of the last product.

of this (for example by e-mail or letter) within the stated period of 14 days. To do this, you can use the model withdrawal form which you can download via the link at the bottom of the page or make another clear statement in which you declare to cancel the purchase.

For timely exercise of your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient if you send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

The products concerned must be returned without delay and in any case within 14 days after withdrawal.

In case of correct withdrawal and return in accordance with what has been stipulated above and in our General Terms and Conditions, we will immediately ensure a refund within 14 days after cancellation. However, reimbursement will only take place after we have received the products concerned back, or it has been sufficiently demonstrated by you that the products have been returned, whichever comes first.

We will refund the purchase price paid by you, and, if a delivered order is returned in its entirety, the shipping costs based on the cost of the cheapest method of delivery offered by us. In case only part of an order is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Additional costs due to a more expensive shipping method chosen by you than the cheapest standard delivery offered will never be refunded.

Repayment will be made in the same way as you made the payment. With your permission, another payment method can also be used for the refund. There are no extra costs attached.
